We offer may offer a reclean if the customer is very unhappy this is within 7 days from the clean. This stops people coming back to us 3 weeks later after it being empty saying its dusty, or months later basically getting a free clean. This is why it must be within 7 days which is enough time to see its done to a high standard or see any issues.

Commercial customers and payments

Late fees will be added after the invoice not being paid on time 30 day and 60  day late fees. Please pay on time to stop this happening. We don't want to add late fees but we need cash flow as a small business. Thankyou for your understanding.
